Many congratulations to family solicitor Sarah Colley who is now accredited as a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel. Membership on the panel is reserved to a specialist few who are able to demonstrate awareness, knowledge and expertise in children law proceedings and the representation of children in such proceedings. It is a recognised quality standard for practitioners representing children. Sarah joins our existing Children Panel members, Baljit Bains; Mark Gilmartin; and Michelle Flynn. Sarah has experience in all areas of family law including divorce and matrimonial finance proceedings, public law care proceedings, child arrangement order proceedings, injunction proceedings and child abduction. Sarah conducts her own advocacy and has experience of representing clients at all levels of the family court system. Well done Sarah!
