Part-Time or Freelance Human Resources Advisor
2 Days a Week (Initially) with 1 Day Office-Based in North London

This is a fantastic chance to thrive in a generalist HR role within a diverse and dynamic law firm. You’ll report directly to our Managing Partner, providing professional HR advice and practical support to both employees and managers on a variety of HR topics and policies.
Salary/Remuneration: £16,000 (based on 2 days a week, equivalent to £40,000 FTE) depending on experience

Your Role:
• Serve as a go-to support for our staff on HR matters, working closely with the Managing Partner.
• Monitor, develop, and update HR policies and procedures to align with current employment legislation.
• Create and deliver HR training sessions for employees and managers.
• Actively contribute to a supportive and engaging workplace environment by providing support in grievances, capability and disciplinary matters to promote a culture of trust and transparency
• Promptly inform our payroll and operations team about any changes in the employee life cycle.
• Assist with the annual salary and bonus review process.
• Help with recruitment processes as needed.
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Willingness to work in our Tottenham office at least one day a week to connect with our staff in person.
• A strong commitment to our values—learn more about them here.
• Previous generalist HR experience, ideally within a law firm.
• Knowledge of Moorepay HR system
• A solid understanding of employment legislation and a passion for staying updated on changes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence effectively.
• Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• A focus on delivering high-quality service.
• A CIPD qualification is a plus but not essential.
