We can advise you on the special rules that apply to EEA nationals as a result of the UK leaving the European Union. For those EEA nationals residing in the UK we can advise on the requirements for pre-settled and settled status. We can advise you on your special rights to family reunion with family members living outside of the UK. If you are an EEA national without either pre-settled or settled status we can advise you on the options for coming to live and work in the UK.
We can assist you with making applications for pre-settled or settled status if those options are available to you. We can also assist with applications for visas by family members. We will advise you on the documents you need and can assist you with the completion of the online forms to ensure it is all done properly.
We can represent you on your application, and if your application is refused, we can represent you on any appeal, administrative review, judicial review or a fresh application.
