Human rights – including medical cases and the right to private and family life

We can advise you on the legal requirements that you need to meet in order to make a "human rights" application to remain in or enter the UK. Human Rights applications can include applications on medical grounds where a person is suffering from serious ill health. They also include applications where a person has established a very strong private life in the UK (including residence for over 20 years) or a strong family life. It is a complex area of law and we can advise you on whether your circumstances are likley to meet the high threshold for a succesful human rights application.

We can assist you with making the application. We will advise you on the documents you need and can assist you with the completion of the online forms to ensure it is all done properly. We can prepare detailed legal representations to support your application.
