We can advise you on the legal requirements that you need to meet to qualify for permanent stay in the UK based on long residency. 10 years of continuous lawful residence is usually required and we can advise you on whether there has been any break in the continuity or lawfulness of your residence. We can also advise you on all the other circumstances in which an application for permanent stay can be made (usually after 5 or 10 years depending on the category of your current visa).
We can assist you with making the application for permanent stay (also known as settlement or indefinate leave to remain). We will advise you on the documents you need and can assist you with the completion of the online forms to ensure it is all done properly. We can provide detailed legal representations if the case requires it.
